All our vehicles are modern and fully air-conditioned. Our drivers carry the appropriate licenses and are in contact with our team at the Serangan Harbour to ensure you have a smooth journey.

Our drivers are always in contact with the office staff at our departure locations. They will be aware of any additional traffic and know the best way to get to our office locations.

Many external drivers are not always familiar with the Sanur Harbour area and if there is traffic there can be detours which private drivers or taxis will not know about.

Due to local regulations gojek, grab and taxis are not permitted to pick-up guests from the Harbour. Due to regulations, our staff are unable to assist you in booking a gojek, grab or taxi.
