Our secure online booking system supports international payments for credit / debit cards on Visa, MasterCard, QRIS and AMEX. We also offer PayPal as a payment option.

Each passenger may bring:
  • Carry-on Baggage - 1 x carry-on item no larger than 60 cm x 40 cm x 30 cm.
  • Checked Baggage - 2 x item no heavier than 22kg. Baggage over this allowance may not be carried on the vessel and will need to be stored at your own risk and cost.

Additional items such as surfboards, fishing rods, prams, travel cots are free of charge. Please let us know if you plan to travel with any of these items when making your booking.


If you have additional baggage, please contact us prior to departure. If the boat is not full, we may be able to accommodate extra pieces of luggage. If you show up with any additional pieces of luggage at check-in, we may not be able to accommodate it on the vessel and you will need to store at your own risk and cost.

Bringing Surfboards with Rocky Fast Cruise is free of charge, while other company are having additional charge for their customer who bring a surfboard. Please let us know if you plan to travel with surfboard when making your booking. And to be secure please make sure your surfboard is travel with the surfbag otherwise we are not responsible for any damage due the storage in our boat.

Our seat availability is always up to date on our website. Please proceed with your booking to see availability. If the date or time you have selected is not available, our system will provide a suggested alternative trip.

Rocky Fast Cruise is the only one company in Lembongan that provide Jetty to Jetty Facility, so with that being said any mobility issues or any medical condition is safe to travel. On Sanur Harbor side is using a dry jetty and also wheels chair is provide if needed as well with in our private harbor in Lembongan.


Please let us know if you this condition and need an special assistance or a wheelchair to support you during the onboard procces will be really happy to assist.

With any kind of travel when pregnant, you will need to seek the advice of your medical practitioner prior to travelling.

Sanur check-in and boarding procedures

All passengers traveling to Lembongan must check-in at Sanur Harbor 1 hours or 45 minutes prior to departure. Luggage and guests will be transported from our office to Sanur Harbour for boarding. Passengers will wait in the Sanur Harbour terminal and commence boarding once the vessel is called.


Lembongan check-in and boarding procedures

Passengers travelling from Lembongan to Serangan must check-in at our Lembongan office 45 - 30 minutes prior to departure. Follow the directions from our staff for boarding. Checked Luggage will be handle by our staff.


Note : when you arrive at Sanur Harbor after your return, please be mind to collect your own Checked baggage when you getting out from the boat, wait at the dock while our Baggages team loading out your lugagges. And after that if you have a hotel transport by us “Rocky Fast Cruise” our driver will waiting you outside, in arrival gate with your name and your destination on it.

Rescheduling your ticket depends on seat availability and must be done at least 48 hours prior depature.

If you miss the ferry, you are a ‘no-show’ and are not entitled to a refund, reschedule of ticket or credit note. Please refer to your travel insurance policy and we can provide you with required documentation.


Please make sure you have ample time to travel to Sanur Harbor to check-in 1 hours prior to your departure time. Booking a hotel or accommodation transfer (car service) with Rocky Fast Cruise is the best way to ensure you make the departure time. Our drivers and staff are in constant contact to make sure you reach your destination on time.

For passenger-initiated cancellations, the following terms apply:

  • 100% refund or a credit note for the full amount paid for cancellations more than 2 weeks before travel.
  • 50% refund or Credit note for cancellations between 48 hours and 2 weeks before travel.
  • No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of travel.

Our drivers are always in contact with the office staff at our departure locations. They will be aware of any additional traffic and know the best way to get to our office locations.


Many external drivers are not always familiar with the Sanur Harbour area and if there is traffic there can be detours which private drivers or taxis will not know about.


Due to local regulations gojek, grab and taxis are not permitted to pick-up guests from the Harbour. Due to regulations, our staff are unable to assist you in booking a gojek, grab or taxi.


We offer private and shared pick-up and drop-off service. Add a hotel and accommodation transfer to your online booking to view prices.

If the waters are closed by the Harbour Master our boat will not be permitted to make the journey. This may only occur 2 or 3 days out of the entire year. We will offer you a credit note for the ticket/s which is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Our boats are equipped with reliable insurance covered by Jasa Raharja. Light/heavy injury will be help by our team to claim certain off medical service into nearly hospital around the area.

No, we do not have reserved seating. It is first in best dressed basis. We have seating for 80,84 and 40 passengers, which is configured in a 3-3 arrangement.


We ensure more safe and more comfortable trip than other boats traveling to Lembongan.

Since we are the only one that have “jetty to jetty” facility, dress as comfotable as possible to travel, wearing shoes and pants is possible now to travel to Lembongan Island only with Rocky Fast Cruise.

Yes, we allow pets to travel on the rear of our boat. They will be required to wear a lead and will need to stay on the rear deck of the vessel.

If the size of the pet required a seat it will be additional charge IDR 150.000/way

As required by the Sanur Harbour Master, you will need to have a copy of your pet’s latest vaccination record. You and your pet will not be allowed to enter the harbour building. Instead, you will need to wait at the rear of the building for boarding.
